- for information and assistance: the e-mails stored in the functional mailboxes where the questions are sent can contain apart from the e-mail address the forename, surname, office address, phone, fax, organization or institution to which the requester belongs;

Lawfulness of processing is carreid out on the basis of GDPR Art. 6 (1) (a), that means: the data subject has given consent to the processing of personal data. Namely, you gave your consent (by checking the box in online form) when filling out the questionary to personalize access to the website of Biosan. You have the option to withdraw your consent at any time.
VI. To whom are your data disclosed?
Your collected data will be treated confidentially and used only by the Biosan and its distributors responsible for the:
- regional support and contacts.
The collected data will be registered:
- in the mailboxes of each service (hosted by Biosan).
Newsletter subscription: You can subscribe to Biosan’s email newsletter to receive updates about our products, services, and company news. Your enquiry is stored on third party servers (IT company SIA "Nano IT"), processed and may also be forwarded by email to the expert responsible for replying to the enquiry.
Staff of the Biosan Office who have access to personally identifiable information are required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Statement by, for example, not using the information for any purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for.
Designated Biosan officials can access the data using their user ID and personal password. Only these authorized officials have access to the data (using a specific system).
