Biosan equipment is reliable, designed and built to provide years of trouble-free service.
Most Biosan equipment is guaranteed for two years against faulty materials and workmanship. Warranty terms and conditions are indicated in the product manual. All Grant standard laboratory equipment is guaranteed for three years against faulty materials and workmanship.

Warranty maintenance:

Warranty maintenance of units is carried out in the following ways:

  1. Providing of spare parts and/or components.
  2. Replacement of the corresponding product.
  3. Repair in an authorized service center.

The form of warranty maintenance is reconciled by sides for each particular case individually.
