ask a questionMicroplate Photometer HiPo MPP-96 is a compact tabletop device for measuring the results of ELISA and microbiological studies in 96-well microplates. Photometer is controlled and outputs data via computer. The device is supplied with specialized software QuantAssay.

My computer does not recognize a HiPo MPP-96, microplate photometer.
Unplug the USB end of the cable from the USB port on the photometer, and then reinsert it. Push firmly, but gently, on the USB adapter until fully seated.
