SIA Biosan has received support for the improvement of its employees' digital skills within the framework of the project "Development of digital skills for the development of new products and technologies in Latvian commercial companies" (Agreement No. 2.3.1.2.i.0/1/24/I/CFLA/002).
About the project
The aim of the project is to promote the competitiveness of Latvian businesses by developing the digital, automation, and innovation skills of their employees.
The project provides companies with various types of training – short-cycle training programs, professional development training in cooperation with internationally recognized higher education institutions, as well as online training on international education platforms. In addition, conferences and information events are organized, and support is provided for the implementation of digital transformation and the development of new products and services.
The project strengthens the ability of companies to use digital technologies in business processes, develop digital management, automation, robotization, and innovation, as well as promotes export development and sustainable business.
SIA "Biosan" has concluded on 31.03.2023. Agreement No. 5.3-8-L-2023/28 with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia on the implementation of the project "Implementation of Training to Attract Foreign Investors" (project identification number 1.2.2.3/16/I/003), co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
The project is co-financed by REACT-EU funding for pandemic crisis mitigation
The Association of Latvian Chemical and Pharmaceutical Entrepreneurs (LAĶĪFA) and the Latvian Investment and Development Agency (LIAA) concluded on January 6, 2011 the contract No. L-APA-10-0025 on the implementation of the project "Training of employees in the Latvian chemical and related industries for improving their qualifications, increasing their competitiveness in the labor market and promoting the competitiveness of entrepreneurs", project No. APA/1.3.1.1.1/10/02/009.
The LAĶĪFA project is implemented in cooperation with more than 40 companies in the chemical and related industries, including SIA "Biosan".
The project will be implemented until July 26, 2013
The project is implemented within the framework of the EU Structural Funds program "Support for employee training to promote the competitiveness of entrepreneurs - support for training organized in partnerships".
